I provide business leadership and strategy advice and coaching. My goal is to help you shift the balance of power to advance your business.

Strategy is a real-time decision making process to deal with competitive threats. If you want to grow your business or feel a competitive threat against your business, strategy ensures you're making the right decisions.

In addition to my own practice, I teach strategy, leadership, and project management for the University of California, Irvine.

What I do best is determine the leadership and strategy changes that must occur to deal with competitive threats and gain market share, increased sales, and a strong position that becomes unassailable.

I would like to start a local business group focused on applying strategy to current problems and events. If you're interested, just let me know. I envision meeting once a month. Each member could bring a business problem to the table and we could have a round-table discussion about how to approach it.
