Need help with a very small design project

Hoping this is the appropriate place to post this request... please advise if I need to pull it down or move it.

I'm working on a project for a small Canadian company that's trying to expand their business into the US, and we're doing an internal launch next week. I've received a last-minute request to improve their powerpoint template with a more sophisticated design to reflect their upcoming growth.

Selling and renting

I'm finding myself starting the process of relocating from Portland to Seattle on rather short notice. I'm in need of some resources, and who better to give business to (and trust!) than the Biznik community?

So. First -- I have to sell my Portland house. Any realtors looking for a new client? Please drop me a line! I'm looking to get it on the market... well... fast.

Next -- I'm not ready to buy a house in Seattle. I don't know the city well enough to commit to a neighborhood. But I'm interested in renting a home, not an apartment. If you offer or know of someone who offers rental finding services, I'm definitely interested. I'll have a month of corporate housing, so I've got some time, but I really don't want to live in a plastic apartment one minute longer than necessary.
