I opened Roobiblue Studios in NJ in 1985, and moved the business to Vashon Island almost four years ago. With over 20 years of experience in graphic design and illustration, (and many more in the art field) I continue to love the diversity of clients and the challenges that being a freelance designer and consultant creates daily. Whether I'm working with a large corporation or a small start-up business, in my studio, or on a team, my goal is to find the most effective way for my clients to communicate their message.

Active listening and an ability to keep things in perspective are probably what I do best. Both enable me to work well with my clients and achieve a final product based on a clear understandig of what they're specific needs are. I have a "relaxed" professional style that puts people at ease, I work well with others, and, consistently am able to meet tight deadlines while keep my sense of humor! I truly enjoy helping people realize their creative ideas.

My background in fine art, illustration, graphic design, photography and digital retouching all add to the well-rounded solution I offer my clients.
