  I decided to try out Angi's pole dancing class, because I have let my physical self decline, but I hate to exercise without any "purpose" behind it. So, hmm. "Pole dancing," I said to myself, "at least I could have some fun with that."

  And Angi's class is delivering on my fantasies. She's a fabulous instructor, with great material to teach. She fully recognizes that her students are aspiring to physical fitness, grace, and beauty, but that we might be a mite out of shape and awkward. She pushes us appropriately, and sprinkles the work (out) with lots of tasty morsels--nope, not food, but moves that she teaches us that feel and look good: rewards that elicit our smiles and keep us at it.

  I didn't think there'd ever be an exercise regime that I look forward to, but I was wrong. Thanks, Angi.   [less]
