My focus is helping leaders and managers deliver triple bottom line business results of people, planet, and profit. I am fully committed to helping clients uncover their limiting beliefs and unleash their full potential. My approach is to work in partnership while being direct, open and honest. Using a systemic approach, I help my clients to discover their leadership style, communication style, and motivational currency to enhance their own career development and/or coach and manage high potentials in their organization.

My coaching philosophy follows Gordon Graham's theory that change is an inside job. It starts with our self awareness and results in intentional choices. As an Executive Coach, I help leaders increase their awareness of their values, strengths, and behaviors that affect bottom line results, team morale and job performance.

I am at my best helping you craft your vision. If you work with a team, I will help you co-create a vision with your team to foster alignment, commitment and self-motivated action. My role is to help you identify goals and actions and purposefully employ them in a way that helps you increase your effectiveness as a business leader and achieve the bottom line results you desire.

M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science, with emphasis in Leadership & Organizational Development from the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS), through Bastyr University. ACC ICF Certification - through the College of Executive Coaching. Advanced Process Facilitation methodology from the Process Work Institute. Systemic Constellation Training through the Seattle Constellations Institute.

My work with organizations includes one-on-one executive coaching with C-level, and ED level leaders, facilitation of vision alignment, team building, cross functional team training, live action team coaching, board retreats, and third party conflict resolution all with the purpose of maximizing performance and bottom line results.
