MODEL CALL!

CALLING ALL MODELS! CALLING ALL MODELS!

Pretty Parlor is currently casting both male and female pro/amateur models for a fashion show Saturday, Aug. 4th in the afternoon at the Henry Art Gallery in Seattle, WA on the UW campus.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Must be available 11am - 3pm Saturday, August 4th (Show starts at 2pm)

*Must be available for a 30-minute fitting Wed Aug 1 OR Thurs Aug 2 between noon and 7 pm.

*Must have a DESIRE and PASSION for FASHION and enjoy being admired and photographed on the runway! :)

Capitol Hill Retail Space Available!

Wanna be my neighbor?! There's an AWESOME space available next door to the Pretty Parlor on Capitol Hill that needs to get rented by Thursday, Feb. 1st.

117 Summit Ave. E. Seattle, WA 98102 1200 square feet $2000/ month (First + last to move in) all utilities included! 1-5 year lease negotiable... AWESOME landlord!

GREAT storefront with track lighting and LOTS of potential. It was going to be a second location for VAIN, but there's just not enough power for them (Boo-hoo!) We're looking for a tenant with little electrical requirements and a lot of charm.

The building has no previous usage listed with the city, so getting any kind of permits would be a hassle. (i.e. coffee shop, bar, music venue, food service would NOT be doable.) It's just dying to be an Art gallery and/or vintage furniture boutique!

We've been very selective about future tenants and we're still not sold on any of them....maybe because it's YOU! I will be showing the space tomorrow, Monday Jan. 28th between 12 and 7 pm. Stop by and take a look - its so rad!!!
