As the youngest of ten children, I learned the power of observation and how to have my voice heard above the fray. Growing up with the extreme weather of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, I experienced the reality that only the strong survive. Those observation and survival skills inform my leadership coaching work today. The focus is not on surviving. The focus and intention is thriving in every way. A graduate of Accomplishment Coaching, clients describe me as committed to their success, inspired in conversation, and unrelenting in my insistence that change for the better is well at hand. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. My previous career experience was as an Operations Manager for United Cerebral Palsy of King and Snohomish Counties. I have traveled extensively over the world and look forward to more of that with my children.

I have a Bachelors Degree from Eastern Michigan University. I studied history, english, and pyschology there pretty equally but landed with a degree in history.

I graduated from Accomplishment Coaching in 2007 and have continued intensive training with them ever since - training others while training myself. It's one of the great benefits of going to school there, if you want your training can continue.
