What Anne does

I have 17 years of experience helping clients get out of pain and improve posture and range of motion using Rolfing(r) Structural Integration, craniosacral, and visceral work. My youngest client was about 18 mos. old, and the oldest was 89 years old; what unites them is a structural or pain issue that interferes with their comfort and living. Clients can do single "fix-it" sessions to help with a particular problem, or try a classic Rolfing series. Generally with one session you can tell if my work is a good fit and able to help you. My primary office is in Seattle, and I work in Port Orchard, WA on a limited basis. Clients say my work gets to the heart of their body issues and is highly effective for pain relief and structural change. I can bill insurance companies directly for PIP auto claims and work injuries.

I love to share information about how the body works and help people find the alternative health resources to best serve them.

Anne's specialties

"Whole-body integration" - which means change and integration not just through the muscles and fascia but also at the deep cranial and visceral layers where patterns often are seated. I can work deep or light and still find the edge where my hands and your body are in a dialogue that supports transformation.

Experience

I started in alternative health in the 1980s, studying acupuncture and shiatsu in China and Japan (lived there 15 years). Then I took a detour through the corporate world that was interesting but ultimately sent me back towards my real vocation, working with people for transformation. For more than ten years now I've specialized in sophisticated systems of bodywork that have the potential to transform body-mind-spirit. I'm also a long-term meditator and student of the Diamond Approach.
