I use Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Sensory Coaching as tools to help clients to recognize patterns which are manifest in their life, and to shift these patterns to design, create and integrate all aspects of their lives. I work with individuals committed to realize goals in their physical, psychological and emotional health. This includes everything from medical support hypnotherapy for optimizing surgical outcomes, pain management, managing IBS/IBD , arthritis, fibromyalgia, and fighting cancer; to life transitions and behavioral shifts. Why such a broad range? Because each of us is one large human system and I delight in working with 'all' of you. I integrate physical, psychological, esoteric and spiritual frameworks and an understanding of quantum dynamics to help clients to integrate all of who they are, and to manifest their best and brightest selves today and as they create the path ahead of them!

I use Clinical Hypnotherapy and coaching to help clients with: 1. Pain management 2. Surgery preparation and management 3. Maximizing wellness when dealing with chronic conditions 4. Shifting long standing behaviors 5. Building Confidence and Self-Esteem 6. Transitions: Career, relationship, lifestyle 7. Performance: Sports, Public Speaking, Testing 8. Life Integration: Past lives, Childhood, Identity issues, integration of who we are in the multiple roles in our lives (work, family, friends, etc.)

I want to team with other health & wellness practitioners to help push the integration of complementary modalities to the next stage here in the NW; teaming for the best outcomes for our clients. Biznik is helping me make those contacts!

A specific need I have is: What are some inexpensive quiet spaces to hold workshops for from 4-12 people in Seattle and on the east side? These will generally be 2-4 hours in length. Sometimes a full day. Comfort is king, as the workshops are along the lines of Stress Mnagement, self-hypnosis, etc..

Undergraduate degrees in Linguistics and Anthropology from SUNY Binghamton Graduate study in a joint PhD program in the same fields at University of Chicago (stopped at the Masters level..enough is enough) Graduated the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara in Coaching Adults & their Orgs Completed training at the Weiss Institute with Brian Weiss in Past Life Regression; Certified in Advanced Hypnotherapy at HTI- Hypnotherapy Training Institute; Certified in Medical Support Hypnotherapy at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America; Professional Certified Coach(PCC-Int'l Coaches Federation); Registered Hypnotherapist with the state of WA ; Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHT) through the A.C.H.E. (American College of Hypnotherapy Examiners)

I have a lifetime of study in biological, psychological, esoteric, and scientific frameworks for the understanding of human growth and development. This is married to twenty years of corporate experience as a human resources manager in high tech, retail, telecom and manufacturing companies, and seven years as a full time Leadership Coach working with individuals on leadership, alignment and career development (contracting with organizations and with individuals). I have also been helping individuals with past life exploration for thirty years. I transitioned from a 'Coaching' practice to an integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy & Coaching practice using a quantum systems approach to working with people in 2006.
