I would say in multiple ways the Bible, and the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ influence me.

1) Playing fair - knowing that I have a higher judge, and that my actions have consequences, it motivates me to act in a way that is pleasing to God.

2) Success with balance - In Proverbs 21:31, it details preparation must be done throughly, but victory is from God. So, work hard without being taken up by the results. Work for a higher cause.

3) Moral framework - In this age of corporate and political scandals, it gives a clear moral framework.
