I currently teach the more human, emotional, relationship type of things that people need to function with other people and to mesh with an organization. Simply put, it is a way to make a difference that empowers a new sound towards knowing how to utilize one's skills for enjoying life's full potential. Indeed, we are on the crest of a new beginning as we face "Today's Economy Stretch" with steps that have a flow of new possibilities, new ideas, and a greater equality for all. As a result we are finding the need for a role change that calls for a deeper compassion towards the representation of words, education, art and music. We are simply re-worlding, re-learning and re-educating the processes set before us in order to improve and excel a leadership that carries the potential for true management and self-discovery.

Some of my life skills and education comes from over 20 years of ministry and inspirational speaking, which involved teaching intrapersonal and interpersonal skills for basic leadership to all. That is to say, the effectiveness of our communication, one to the other, reveals a grand space and sacredness amongst the leaders. In addition, I opened the concepts that we are all leaders no matter the walk we have, that we just need to understand how to use the proper skills of communication and teamwork.

For this reason, in 2003, I left the call of the ministry, every single person and things that I was involved in, in order to convey a greater message, inspiration and immergence of mankind. I moved to Washington and opened up a new business, "Astari Waters Inc." I also wrote a book designed to framework one's daily life within a changing world and how to manage these skills towards the harmony of all. You will find my book on the product page of my web site as "Leaving the Sea of Humanity" as an eBook. Recently I have pulled the eBook for updating it, in order to publish it in hard copy. I will make the announcement on my home page when it is finished.

Traveling through out US, Canada, Africa and Europe I have used the basic common theories described in my book. My clients are all over the world, both professionals and home makers alike. I hope to meet new clients, friends and like minded people here.
