One-Hour Challenge : The Answer to “What’s Next?”

You’ve got a question, let’s say. A question in quest for an answer. It’s important.

Perhaps it’s been pestering you for a while and you have been putting off answering it because you don't like the possible answers. Maybe it just came up and is intense. It could be…

“What’s the Next Step for My Business?” or “Should I Hire Someone to Help?” or “How do Attract More of the Clients I Want?”

    Step One: Pick your question.
In your words, the crux of the concern. Got it? Now set it aside for step two.

Step Two: Take One Hour To Do What You Like Yes, that thing that lights you up, makes you smile. That thing you’ve been wanting to do. It could be anything – sitting, moving. Alone, with people. Quiet, loud. Tiny, huge. The key is, when you think about it, life seems lighter.

Step Three: Do It This Week. You may notice reasons why not to, distractions, worry. This is a challenge. It may take some courage! If you are hesitant, hold to it and go forth. If you are ready to go, go!

Step Four : Ask Again. It’s there. Listen for the answer in that place right after your hour. Say it out loud – put on your whole self hearing. Is there a noise, a thought, a feeling in your body? What answer comes? Which answer feels lightest?

If you decide to try this process, I’d love to hear how it went.

Send me an email (aubrieabbott@mac.com) and let me know your question and your one-hour idea. I’ll send you an email of support – and celebration if you include the answer!

    So what’s your question?

I’m going to work in the yard for an hour until I hear the answer. ☺
