My work began out of a desire to share my passion for understanding life, living it fully, caring for others and desire to empower people so they can rise above what is holding them back. The focus of my company, Key Transformations, is to educate people and expand their awareness of how their energy, focus and triggers affect their lives and help them develop the tools to take control to have more fulfilling future.

My desire to help others has been with me all my life. The road to living my passion has been a winding one but one full of highs and lows that better prepared me to counsel, not only by desire and book-knowledge, but from real-life experience. I have a degree in Labor Relations and I have continued to study with very gifted teachers in various modalities to improve my own gifts and skills. I completed my counseling and hypnotherapy program at the BodyMind Academy in Bellevue and became a certified hypnotherapist and registered counselor in the State of Washington. I have also served as the Vice President of the Washington Chapter of the National Guild of Hypnotists. [less]
