Old Republic Title and Escrow

I'm a fun a positive person who is in the business of introducing real estate agents, lenders, builders and developers to title and escrow professionals that will help them get their jobs done and get paid.  If you are in the real estate or lending industry you'll know that the short version of what I do is called " a title and escrow rep".  I'm a little different than most "reps" that you'll find due to my practical experience and length of time in the industry.  Curious and want to meet me?  Come to one of my monthly lunch and learn opportunities called the Brunch Club.  We have phenominal speakers and in depth discussion on current events related to the real estate and lending industry.

Building relationships that agents and lenders need to make sure that their files are paid attention to and close on time.  I make sure that my clients are aware of all of the discounts available and know who to talk to when tough issues come up.  It all starts who you know and what they know.  I know a lot of the best people in the industry and they are truly more knowledgable than me (I know smart people and they know a lot of important stuff).

Real estate agents and lenders, either residential or commercial, who are interested in growing their business.  Seriously interested...not just goofing around.  A sense of humor would be nice but not required.

Spent a lot of time in art school.  Loved that!  Don't ask about the connection between art and real estate...there isn't much of one.
