  • The best way to get testimonials is to send your clients a thank you note via email (build it as an autotext and save yourself some time). The last sentence should say, "Please let me know if you have any comments regarding your experience with us or suggestions for ensuring the success of future... (insert adjective here - doggie care?)" It makes it really easy for people to respond because most of them are on the computer all day at work anyway. I have referrals coming out my ears! ;)

  • When I try to add my birthday onto my profile, it always changes it to May 1st.

    Also, I was unable to complete my RSVP for the 7/11 press release class because it kept saying my credit card type didn't match the number, even though it was correct.

  • After-hours daycare centers! That's hysterical - but completely true. Plus, I was a preschool teacher back in the day; so, I'm sure I can come up with some creative marketing techniques along those lines...

    Thanks for steering me away from the print advertising. The online world can be overwhelming. I'll check out the sites you've recommended.
