What/Who is your Ideal Lead?

What is your ideal customer/ lead???
Some people say their ideal lead, for example, is someone with a check book.
What is the problem with that???
That does NOT help you go through your rolodex or the myriad of people you meet to determine what a great lead is for you. (Nor does it help others understand the person/business they should refer to you!)
