  When my parents called saying they were having computer and internet problems and wanted me to fly home from Seattle to help them, I knew I needed to find someone local to solve their tech problems.
  

  Enter Ben Bright, who I found here on biznik. Ben was approachable and friendly when I called and he met with my parents the very next day. He put their anxious non-techy minds at ease and handled all of their problems.
