At the root of my coaching relationships is the exploration of what it means to be a successful and fully realized individual. I believe that deep down, you have the answers to your challenges. You know what to do! But sometimes, there are gremlins and old tape loops that play in your head that keep you from realizing your power and knowledge. Those inner critics weigh you down and keep you from moving forward. There may even be external forces getting in your way, but they are too close to see clearly, or "sacred cows" you've never questioned. Together, we work to disempower those critics and get you moving in the direction of your strengths.
