Puget Sound Coaches’ Mastermind Group Inaugural Meeting

Are you a coach who is looking for an infusion of energy and connection? Or perhaps you’re looking for feedback about your next big idea, or want to brainstorm for solutions to a business challenge you’re facing? Join us for the Puget Sound Coaches’ Mastermind Group, where together we provide support, synergy and sustenance for one another.

What you can expect: After a brief introduction/networking period, we’ll acknowledge and celebrate recent wins. Then, each coach will have the floor for approx. 7 minutes. Share your goal, challenge or idea and ask the group for what you need, including information, resources, support, perspective or feedback. And being that we’re coaches, expect a few powerful questions! Come ready to give and receive information, support and opportunity. Before we part ways, we’ll each share a goal or commitment for the coming month.

Since this is our first gathering, there will be some time spent discussing the needs of the participants and if we want to create an ongoing group. Your input is encouraged and welcome!

Your Hosts: Gretchen Krampf wears many hats as co-founder and principal of The Integral Process Group. These include Coach, Process Consultant and Master Facilitator. As a Leadership Coach, she assists entrepreneurs, executives and organizational leaders to successfully move forward, define personal leadership, identify success strategies and create environments for personal development, innovation and success.

Gretchen works with individuals to know and embrace their leadership style, improve their communication skills, increase their emotional intelligence and create work and lifestyle balance.

Beth Buelow, of Intentional Talk, is a Communication Coach, Speaker and Writer. She works with individuals and teams, specializing in self-talk and interpersonal communication. Clients and colleagues benefit from coaching, programs and services that encourage the expansion of prosperity, intentionality and authenticity in their lives through conscious communication - from the inside out.
