Beth Cosker, President
Beth Cosker has more than 15 years of experience in the health insurance industry. She specializes in the hands-on management of complex benefit programs for both small and large employers in the Pacific Northwest. Beth’s areas of expertise include alternative funding methods, consumer-driven healthcare plans and the creation of creative benefit solutions based on customer needs assessments.

Before establishing CGA Benefits, Beth was most recently a Broker with Gallagher Reppond as well as a Group Sales Executive for United HealthCare and UNUMProvident Corporation. She has served as the Manager of Client Services for a large national Third Party Administrator. Ms. Cosker also has several years experience in the recruiting and contracting of hospitals and physicians into provider networks as a Provider Relations Representative. Because of these various work experiences, Beth brings in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry to her clients.

Beth is an active member of the Washington Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters and has held numerous leadership roles for several non-profit community volunteer organizations in the Greater Seattle area.

Beth earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Life Sciences from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette, LA

I have been in the insurance business for 15 years and started off on the carrier side and have moved over to the consumer side about 8 years ago.
