I specialize in CranioSacral Therapy and Ayurvedic Wellness. CranioSacral is a gentle form of bodywork that assists your body to release restrictions and self-correct. My background in Ayurveda influences my work, as each person has a unique constitution. With pulse assessment and a client questionnaire/intake, I can offer recommendations on diet and lifestyle choices that will enhance well-being.

I love assisting people on their path of health and wellness. CranioSacral and Ayurveda, for me, have been two ways in which I have become more self aware and more in balance. I enjoy offering these to my clients.
