• Exchange Supportability Consultant at Microsoft - Consultant for Microsoft Exchange customers focused making recommendations for server & connector placement based underlying NT domain and network topology.

• Premier Technical Account Manager at Microsoft - Customer advocate for several large premier customers including Motorola, Abbott Laboratories, CNA insurance and many others.

• Exchange Support Engineer at Microsoft - provided technical support for Exchange customers.
