I love your question, Josh. What if everyone did live this way? I ask that a lot. Of course, sometimes I forget that even if I'm having a setback, I can always give of myself in this way. Thanks for reminding me today. ;-)

Nice article, Mark!
I especially appreciate the teaching that we need a "reaction plan" for releasing a behavior that isn't serving us.
In fact, yesterday I was just coaching a client who wants to drink less alcohol on that very point. New "replacement" behaviors are important, and so are feeling the emotions that come with letting go of an old behavior.
I also believe it's important be gentle with yourself during the change process. Often small steps are the only way a client will continue to show up for themselves and go the distance to make change happen. We all have a "just right" pace that challenges us without being daunting. Balance is key.
Thanks again!
Thanks for your comment, Mark. Sounds like YOU are looking through this side of the key hole. The planet is lucky to have you! I love the idea of promise once opened. Beautifully said.
Cheers, Betsy
Please comment ~ I'd love to hear your feedback!
Thanks for your feedback, Kristina!
I agree about enjoying the little things. I was walking Green Lake over the weekend, and noticing the green of the trees, the sun, the crystal blue sky, and how much fun people were having playing by the water.
We do bounce back, especially when we let ourselves go out and have a little fun!
Cheers! Betsy
What a creative, inspiring event! As a new-ish Biznik member, I loved meeting some new, great people.
On the video side, mine fell pretty flat. If anyone else had the same experience, just remember, there's always another wave. ;-)
Cheers, Betsy
Let me add my appreciation to Laila, Stephani and David -- for your well-organized and well thought-out presentation and workshop. It definitely got the juices flowing for me, and I am in process of fine-tuning. My intention is to be myself and have fun while giving a clear picture of what I offer.
I wish everyone else the same. Enjoy, and I hope to see you there!
Betsy
What a great idea, thank you! I look forward to playing with ways to get our stories out effectively and succinctly. ;-)
Cheers, Betsy
This sounds fun and educational. And I love learning through play. Thanks, Ruth.
