Ms. Fell has substantial experience handling business litigation, employment disputes, and employment counseling matters. Ms. Fell has defended industry leaders in breach of contract and antitrust disputes. Ms. Fell's employment practice involves defense of sexual harassment and discrimination cases before administrative agencies and in court, and defense of class actions brought under provisions of the California Labor Code. Ms. Fell also conducts employment compliance audits for companies of all sizes. Ms. Fell is a regular guest speaker at employment law seminars on the topics of discrimination, sexual harassment and wage and hour compliance and serves as faculty for the Nita Institute of Trial Advocacy. Ms. Fell has handled matters before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, including a winning oral argument in 2007. Ms. Fell graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego, School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Ms. Fell received the 2004 CALI Award for Excellence in Advanced Trial Advocacy and the Outstanding Oral Advocate Award.
