  Bob is a gem of a person who has traveled the world and experienced all vicissitudes of life yet only grown in his capacity to be interested in and care about other people. I'm not using ACT! yet, but have had Bob train me in a wonderful greeting card program that I use for keeping in contact with clients and colleagues through personalized thank-you cards, and he's been wonderfully helpful and supportive with that.    [less]
