I facilitate Musical Expression Groups and teach guitar.

Whether you have played a musical instrument for many years or you are brand new, my groups will help you increase your creativity and spontaneity. Musical Expression Groups provide a safe and supportive community to explore, create, and celebrate your uniqueness and connection with others.

It's never too late or too early to explore, express, and enhance your creativity and ability for deeper connection!

Help people access their creativity, learn guitar, and genuinely express themselves.

Anyone interested in accessing their creativity through musical expression and/or people wanting to learn how to play the guitar.

• Masters Degree in Integrated Studies Psychology, Music and Psychology, from Antioch University, Seattle, WA.
• Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Fort Lewis College, Durango, CO.

My work as a Musical Expression Group facilitator and teacher is grounded in Existential theory and influenced by music therapy, music improvisation, group counseling, ethnomusicology, West African drumming, rhythm and blues, funk, folk, rock, and jazz. I have many years of experience working in community and clinical settings.
