PODCASTING: Why Do We Do It?

There are lots of people out there marketing themselves through sharing their knowledge in the form of podcasting.

Do you do podcast? Why? Anything you'd like to share with the rest of us that you have experienced whether observing shows or being directly involved in them?

I am part of one called The Brent and Brandi Show. Brent and I talk about everything! Some of the recent topics were Wordpress, SEO and consulting services. We have invited a good deal of Bizniks onto the show and plan to keep this up. We just started this cast a month ago, so our listener numbers aren't up where we want them yet, but the show is really something else -- we both enjoy talking so... haha! Hi everyone. I have been so busy doing BizNiky things that I just realized I never posted to this thread.

I'm excited about BizNik and you will probably hear me say that a good deal in the future as well.

Heading an independent design firm (we do it all!) has its many limitations including not getting out from behind the computer for months -- save grocery shopping, which can now be done online, too! =p

I'm looking forward to meeting everyone I can. As soon as business slows down a bit -- hopefully not too soon though =) -- my goal will be to attend at least 1 event each week.
