From using social networking for myself to working on it for friends and local businesses six and a half years ago, I quickly found a love and understanding of social networking and all things social media.

From there I began doing executive recruiting for Silicon Valley online media startups for several years and quickly learned a lot more about social media and the online media industry in general. Working with some of the industry's best advertising sales executives gave me a very strong understanding of the online ad sales industry. Additionally, I received some very important one on one coaching and that gave me the opportunity to start Social Networking Girls.
