Boasting a successful 30-year career with Deere & Company, Brent Rippentrop holds experience in strategic planning, relationship management, research and analysis, product development, financial management, and mergers and acquisitions. A Certified Public Accountant, Brent Rippentrop began his career with Deere & Company as an Internal Auditor. Demonstrating talent in business development and leadership, Brent Rippentrop ascended the ranks as a Systems Analyst, Sales Finance Analyst, Manager of Pricing, and Director of Business Development before landing a position as Director of Rental Marketing for the Construction and Forestry Equipment Division. In the role of Director of Rental Marketing, Brent Rippentrop consistently proved his value with his smooth management of Deere & Company's most vital client relations. Brent Rippentrop was also behind a strategy designed to address the expanding rental market and market share and provide solutions for channel conflicts. Brent Rippentrop went on to manage the partnership between John Deere and one of its partially owned companies, Sunstate Equipment Rental. The Director of Market Development, Brent Rippentrop was instrumental in guiding the expansion of Sunstate Equipment Rental into 5 new states, quadrupling revenues, and opening more than 30 "green start" stores. In the last five years of his career with Deere & Company, Brent Rippentrop made an impact on direct marketing as the Vice President of Marketing for John Deere Credit. Responsible for tactical and strategic marketing in the United States and Canada, Brent Rippentrop developed a direct marketing "center of excellence," which became the hub for all of John Deere's North American marketing endeavors. An accomplished leader, Brent Rippentrop managed a 100-person team. Now retired, Brent Rippentrop today enjoys some well-deserved relaxation. Among his favorite activities are playing golf and spending time with his family.
