I love my life -- I have changed it with increasing ease to match the ever-evolving ME. I am a biochemist (Dana-Farber, Fred Hutch) relocated from Canada and Europe to Washington, and turned holistic preschool teacher, green marketing consultant, and life-transitions coach.

Bliss-filled living was something I'd read about and knew was possible in theory, yet it took a few sessions with a coach to sweeten my transition toward Embodying my Spirit. Ever since those 6 sessions, I've reaped the long-term benefits of committing to short-term coaching.
