  • Thanks Liz and Joe. Grandma's 79 and not sure if she would understand cognitive therapy but I appreciate the recommendation. I'll definitely check it out. Liz, if your friend has any suggestions, that would be great.

I appreciate your help and your kind words.

  • Giannina, So sorry about your dog! How sad that you can't come to the pet happy hour because your pet is sick...I hope all goes well.

Martine, this happy hour is open to everyone, and it sounds like you have a pet, which is great. I hope you can make it. (I met Steve Ulene by the way...great guy. We invited him so hopefully he'll make it.)

Looking forward to seeing/meeting all of you on Thursday!

  • Leave it to the marketing genius to come up with the brilliant idea of having a networking event for pet lovers at a place where you can actually bring pets. I was too busy thinking about delicious margaritas and good deals on appetizers! :-) Next time...

  • Sorry Anna, but I have to cancel because the time is conflicting with another meeting that I have to attend. I'm really interested in the topic, so hopefully I can catch a future presentation.

  • I was really looking forward to this and to meeting some fellow creatives, but have to cancel due to a death in the family. I hope some other lucky Biznik can snag my spot. Kelly, thanks for coming up with such a cool event.

  • I wouldn't miss it! Being around Elizabeth makes me feel instantly more popular.

  • Hey Leila, I think this is a great idea. I, too, have a ton of yarn and haven't knitted a thing in over a year. Maybe Elizabeth can remind me how to cast on? I think once you post the event there will be a lot of interest, especially if it becomes a regular thing. I don't know about everyone else, but if I don't find an excuse to do something crafty, I never make time for it. Brilliant event theme Leila! B.

  • To anyone who is attending on Monday: I have a spot in the Thursday session, but Monday would work out much better with my schedule next week. Would anyone be willing to switch? If so, please drop me an email.

  • Justin, This sounds like a great event. I'd love to attend (and I'd prefer Sunday also.)
