I am a Counselor and Hypnotherapist. I practiced in Seattle for years and do so now from our retreat on Whidbey Island. I offer my experience and compassion through personal recovery from past physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. I have helped many with the personal clarity to begin to see a path toward a healthier, more manageable life.

I tell people that your truth lies within you. That I don't know your truth but I am absolutely sure that you do. What I do best is to help you find your truth, talent and personal beauty.
