In this changing marketplace it's important to have an agent that fully understands and utilizes the power and changes in internet marketing. One of my credentials to help accomplish this for you is my IMS designation (Internet Marketing Specialist). I also serve on the Technology Committee for the entire Spokane MLS. I have lots of other specialized knowledge and certifications but don't want my competition to know everything :)

As a certified EcoBroker(r) Realtor(r) based in the Inland Northwest I am trained in issues such as energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and green home design that help reduce the environmental impact and increase the overall health and comfort of a home for you and your family. I educate home buyers about green building concepts, such as green building certification programs, healthy and environmentally friendly design, and energy-efficiency. This gives me the opportunity to share knowledge, resources and options with my clients that will lead to healthier, more sustainable living. I received my formal education from Eastern Washington University. I obtained a bachelors degree in management with minors in marketing, management information systems, and Japanese. I will be finishing my bachelors degree in marketing in the fall and then plan on completing my MBA either from Eastern or Gonzaga. Most of the knowledge I have acquired has been outside of the classroom. I start my first formal business when I was a junior in high school. I owned the drive-thru coffee stand for a little over a year as I attended high school and also full time at EWU in the Running Start Program. Skipping all the business endeavors in the middle, the last project before real estate was as Vice President of Sky Inc. I was founder and co-developer of pre-wasl.com an educational software program.
I have been in real estate for almost 2 years now and don't plan on going anywhere. I love it! I have received a ton of certifications as a real estate professional. The ones that I am most proud of include EcoBroker(r), and IMS (Internet Marketing Specialist). I also serve on several local green and Realtor committees .
