  • I have three dogs (and two cats). There's Ahaluna who's a Puggle (Pug/Beagle), Haruki Makoto who's a Pug, and Lucy Goosey who is a Beagle- no they're not related. I have grown up with dogs my whole life, but Ahaluna was mine and my boyfriend's first dog together. Shortly after got Lucy, and a couple months after that adopted Haruki. Lucy is our rescue dog. She came from a neglectful home with 10 other big dogs. She had severe separation anxiety for the first while she was with us. But soon I assume she realized we weren't going to abandon or leave her and she's now used to us coming and going. But of course she's happiest when we return :)

Ahaluna is our baby and views herself as the princess. I'm almost positive she doesn't view herself as a dog. When we let them sleep with us, she always has her head on my pillow and covered with the blankets up to her neck. She doesn't like to go outside when it's cold or rainy, and loves when the heater comes on so she can sit on the vents.

Haruki is a huge people pleaser. He likes the company of humans over fellow dogs and at the dog park hangs around the table to try to get all the love he can. Typical Pug: clown-like and animated. loves to show off his toys and one very high jumper so such a small dog!

Dog and animals are my passion and there's a good chance I would save a pet before a peer- harsh I know, but that's my automatic reaction.
