I lived in New York City for 22 years, starting out as an actress and moving on to PR. I gained a sophisticated understanding of the world of business there, and later for many years in San Francisco. I began coaching in 1995, trained with the Coaches Training Institute and recently with the School of Coaching Mastery. My work as a coach, counselor and seminar leader also draws on a lifetime of personal development, creative work and spiritual trainings in eastern, western and indigenous traditions. I've worked with diverse populations. Recently lived and volunteered in Mexico and Guatemala for two years.

Clients include nonprofit organizations, school districts, people in the arts, women in transition, elderly clients, entrepreneurs, managers in small and medium sized companies, Gen Y women (West Coast Representative for www.HerFuture.com).
