I am a Master's level therapist with experience working with adults, young adults, adolescents and children who have sought help processing through a broad variety of life's obstacles. These obstacles include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, spiritual concerns, family stresses, self-esteem and sexuality.

That is why, while we will spend time working through the specific issues that brought you into counseling, we will also take time to explore the ways in which you relate to your world and how that has blocked you from experiencing the freedom you most likely long for. Through this process, the dynamic of therapy will look much different than simply me telling you what to do. Instead, it will be us creating a "team," and building a relationship full of the hope, desire and drive necessary to create the space for change to occur.
