I am a passionate advocate for people who are in movement or who desire to be. I am committed to helping my clients, who are athletes, entrepreneurs, adventurers and artists, unfold who they are and create what they want from their life. Together we will partner in discovery of your values, gain awareness of your existing beliefs, patterns and behaviors, and use this information to build a bridge to the life you want to live.

I am currently looking for new clients that are ready to explore themselves and find the wonderful gifts that are sometimes deeper. I also love to connect with like-hearted souls about everything from business to healing modalities. I believe strongly in community and enjoy sharing information and philosophies.

Last fall, I retired from the graphic design industry after 14 years of working as a designer, production artist and team builder and leader. I am currently attaining my ICF coaching certification through inviteCHANGE in Edmonds, WA.

I have always been the person my family and friends have turned to when they wanted someone to listen, run an idea past, or just share a laugh!
