We take the uncertainty and time consuming search out of hiring a contractor. Each contractor in our network must be licensed, bonded and insured, successfully pass a thorough screening process including reference checks and credential audits, and continue to meet our high standards of workmanship through ongoing performance evaluations. We are committed to providing the same customer care that we expect for ourselves. We only refer professionals that we would be comfortable inviting into our own homes to perform services, small or large.

Customers are welcome to call or email us directly with questions or submit a work request via our website. We can also process work requests by mail or fax, whichever is most convenient for our customers. We will respond to all work requests within 24 hours and in most cases within the same day. Upon initial consultation, a determination is made as to which contractor in our network is the most appropriate fit based on the job description and customers needs. Customers are advised who they can expect to hear from and the contractor will attempt to make contact within 24 business hours to arrange a time to meet. Written estimates are provided in most cases and if the estimate is accepted, work is scheduled. Payment is handled directly between the customer and the contractor. There is no fee for using our service. Contractor Hotline earns a small commission from the contractor upon completion of the work.
