Something about Carini that might surprise you to learn is that her first job was as a national jingle and session singer in Australia. She did a "walk on" audition, got hired, and spent the next ten years at the studio performing as voice over talent and singing jingles for Burger King and other national brands. She even produced, recorded, and released a #1 hit single under her own "Shine" record label entitled, "Send in the Violins." This recording was at the top of the charts for 10 weeks, outperforming Dolly Parton's "Islands in the Stream."
