What Carol does

Clinical counselor, Carol "Cassie" Raffo is a very physically active person. During her leisure time, Carol Raffo spends her time enjoying the recreational activities that America's East Coast has to offer, including snowshoeing, hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing, skiing, going to the beach, sailing, and kayaking. Carol Raffo also participates in activities with the Appalachian Mountain Hiking Club and The Sailing Club of NJ Valhalla's Pirates, which frequently hosts performances for ill or disabled children. Carol Raffo is also an active member of her community and spends a great deal of her time volunteering and donating to various charitable organizations. She often volunteers to walk dogs and spend time with the cats at the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA). Today, Ms. Carol Raffo works as a consultant and is called in to help teens and families cope with crisis. She remains active in several professional organizations, including, the American Counseling Association, Offender Counselors Association for Experiential Education, International Association of Addictions, as well as the International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors. Carol Raffo earned both her Bachelor of Arts and her Master of Arts degrees in Psychology. In addition to upholding a 4.0 grade point average, Carol played softball and participated in a competitive ski club, a sport that became a lifelong love.
