I've been a licensed real estate agent in Washington for since 1981. I specialize in residential real estate and investment properties in the Wenatchee Valley. I am also one of the few agents who have experience doing lease/purchase transactions.

I provide insane customer service and most of my clients turn into personal friends.  I am not a "hard seller", but prefer to do business by building trust through on-going communication.

Looking for ways to expand my real estate business through additional golf networking.  I do a lot of business with my current golfing acquaintances and am always looking for new clients through business networking in this way. I don't "sell" on the course, but I do let people know what I do.  I'm a 12 handicapper so can play with just about anyone without embarassing myself. I am a competitive player, but I enjoy the solical aspect of golf more than worrying about the score. My favorite shot is a high lob over a tree (or some other obstacle)... and I get lots of practice. :-)

Attended Oregon State University, and have taken tons of independent study courses.  Always exceed required continuing education requirements and have written course material for other agents to take for their continuing education.    I am a trained motivational and goal setting instructor and sales trainer.  I don't do this regularly any more, but I can if necessary.

I've sold homes and properties to a wide range of people from broad range of social and economic statuses.  I've worked with doctors and lawyers and people working minimum wage jobs.
