Along with my husband, Thomas, I create beautiful and nurturing outdoor living areas with an artistic approach to functional spaces. We love & our work and are very fortunate to work together at something that we both enjoy and are passionate about.

• Concrete construction of waterfalls, water features, & disappearing ponds based on years of experience in swimming pool construction standards

• Liner construction of ponds using state-of-the-art biological filter systems for the healthiest and most balanced water garden & koi pond possible • Natural stone & formal fountains utilizing sand filters and chlorination systems for clear water with minimal maintenance

Thomas is trained in avionics, and studied Business Administration and Economics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautics University in Prescott, Arizona. He is a fixed-wing pilot, and recently completed his helicopter training. His training in the vocation we are in was achieved through years of working for Paradise Pools, Inc. - starting as an apprentice and working up to crew foreman. He is highly creative and a great trouble-shooter.

Carolyn has taken her (going on 20!) years of experience as a Graphic Designer and applied it quite easily to Landscape Design. A lifelong interest in gardening and a fondness for native Washington plants makes a perfect fit in joining Thomas to create Oasis Outdoor Environments LLC. Carolyn is currently working on furthering her education in Landscape Design through Ashworth University and working toward getting her Certified Professional Horticulturist credential through the Washington State Nursery and Landscape Association.

Over 16 years of experience in a wide range of projects and conditions gives us valuable insight to many possibilities in outdoor living space design and construction.
