I take people full circle by supporting them to live from their hearts. I do that through coaching. Teaching is part of who I am. Teaching is part of coaching.

Coaching is supporting people to figure out for what actions are getting people where they would like to go and what actions are getting in the way. Then highlighting which is which and reinforcing more actions that are working and fewer actions that are getting in the way.

My personal growth experiences enhance my ability to create homework assignments related to our coaching topics.

I thrill in the progress, process, and success of my clients as they break through old barriers.

I thrive on connection. I look forward to the possibility of connecting with you. I especially like experiencing people connecting with their passions.

Challenge is part of me. I seek out challenge. People are puzzles to me. I enjoy the challenge of figuring out people puzzles. Each person has different pieces, fitting together in different ways to get a different picture. I also like physical challenges. Yoga. Skiing. Breathing fully. Combining challenge with teaching led to being a ski instructor. At Deer Valley resort in Park City, Utah, I was The Most Requested Instructor. People enjoyed my teaching process enough to return for more and to tell their friends. I learn a great deal about a person from skiing with them. That makes skiing and coaching together a very valuable experience.
