  I highly recommend Cassandra's one-on-one dialogue sessions...it's obvious that she has a gift for coaching a person through their various "selves." Her gentle approach puts one at ease as she works with whatever your needs are. She empowers her clients through her style of co-piloting the ship through your session...I found my time with her to be very valuable, and I left armed with more tools than I came into the room with before I arrived.
