From beginning to end we are a full service company. When we are done the home will be empty and clean ready to put on the market. We do extensive marketing to get the best results. We use many websites including estatesales.net, estatesales.org, craigslist and in addition we have a facebook page "Hannah's Attic Estate Sales & Appraisal's" Please visit us on facebook and "like" us you will be updated almost daily. In addition, please do not throw anything away!! Some items may have value that you may think is junk!!

Downsizing Sales:

The move from a lifelong family home into a smaller home is usually quite overwhelming. the burden of responsibility is great, especially if there is no support from family. We are there for you every step of the way.

Our motto is NEVER THROW ANYTHING AWAY until we have seen it. Some items that look like "garbage" can be valuble.

Appraisal Services

Often when a loved one passes, the home is full of items that the family may want to divide and not sell. We offer full appraisal services complete with pictures and notes so the family will be made aware of the value of the items.

Private Sale:

Sometimes people will have one item or a few items they want to sell outright. Often we can do that or advise them on where to go or we can take them on consignment.

Assistance with House Sales:

Many homes have been sold because of our Estate Sales at your residence. We have a large volume of clients coming through the sale over the weekend, more than any Real Estate Open house. We list the home in our flyers and e-mails. We are not Real Estate Brokers. We offer this as a free service, if you are planning to sell the house. It is a good idea to enlist a Real Estate Broker prior to the sale and have plenty of flyers regarding the house on hand that we can hand out. If you do not have a Real Estate Broker, we have many we work with that we can reccomend.

Clear the Clutter/Organize:

Sometimes people just want their "junk" removed and hauled away. We do that as well.

Some people need help getting organized before a move or even after. Let our experienced staff come in and help with organization.
