What Cecilia does

Professional Business Services provides virtual administrative support and bookkeeping services to small businesses. A Virtual Assistant is an independent contractor that helps you manage daily tasks such as: creating and maintaining databases, logs and contact lists; set up and assist with mail merges and mass mailings; schedule appointments and maintain calendars; coordinate and follow through on independent projects; prepare letters; typing; data entry; word processing; spreadsheet creation and much more.

I also assist with the preparation of monthly, computerized financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Income Statements, etc) to help measure how well your business is doing and determine what can be done to improve profits, cash flow and lower taxes.

I enjoy organizing business owners and taking care of their daily administrative functions, so that they can focus their efforts on building their businesses.
