About Celeste

I'm a family therapy clinician at Family Services (on Lillian St.). I'm also a meditation instructor. I've been certified to teach meditation by Shambhala International since 1996. I want to contribute my understanding of meditation and psychology to bring more sanity into everyday situations.

I teach meditation and other topics at the Houston Shambhala Center. Meditation instruction is offered free of charge. Check it out - it's a cheerful community!
