  • I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your presentation tonight. I really got a lot of great information and felt it was timely and valuable to our needs today. As I sat there I thought how lucky I am to be a Biznik member and be able to partake of so much knowledge and to meet and hear from so many professionals. Thank you for your presentation.

  • This article is so true. True praise of someones talents is so important. I think especially in the small setting of a dental practice energies and feelings bad and good are even more strongly felt. I think in any business or even our personal lives it is always best to continually remain aware of the energy so bad feelings do not escalate. Good and loyal staff are hard to find. I also feel that if an employer spends time to get to know the staff and visa versa through expression of feelings and just what I like to call ice breakers whether it be a group lunch away from the office or a team activity it breaks down barriers and allows a more human interaction. It is also very telling on many levels if staff prefers not to join in. This was a great article.

  • I think this article is very helpful and puts the individual back in control of the situation that concerns them. I worked in dentistry for many years in the front office and we were always the core receiving energies good and bad from not only staff but patients. It was so important to find a way to deal with bad energy and turn it all around to a win win situation. I think that the principles I learned have carried me through and still apply today. Thanks for the article.
