Retail Realty Services is a small, family run, full-service commercial real estate brokerage specializing in tenant representation, landlord listings, and property management for retail properties in the Western Washington vicinity. Founded in 2001, our mission is to exceed client expectations in every aspect.

Retail Realty Services also acts as exclusive tenant representatives for local companies such as Pet Pros and Tacos Guaymas as well as national companies such as ,Napa Style,Design within Reach and Harry and David. We give personal attention and purposely limit our accounts to ensure listing owners and all tenants represented are completely satisfied.

We are looking for potential tenant and landlord representation opportunities. Small business clients that are looking to make the step into brick and mortar buildings who need guidance, lease negotiations or general search for retail space.

Chad works at Retail Realty Services, a full service Commercial Real Estate and Construction Management Firm. We are a small business, two people who work on long term relationships with our clients.
