CHCS president Dr. Charles Hamilton is an experienced website designer, trainer, consultant and manager.

Dr. Hamilton holds a Ph. D. in public communication from the University of Maryland at College Park, an M. A. in journalism from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, and a B. A. in international studies from The Johns Hopkins University.

Hamilton is founder and co-owner of CHCS Consulting, LLC. Founded in 1985 as a technology and management consulting firm, CHCS was a pioneer in producing high-quality Web sites, beginning in 1994. CHCS has extensive experience in successful Web design with a diverse national client base of businesses, nonprofit organizations, political candidates and ballot measures.
